Since 2005, Wadestown Kitchen has been part of the fabric of this neighbourhood. What started as a full café has evolved into something more personal — run by Curtis and Kathy, it's a place where you know the people behind the counter and the food is genuinely made from scratch.
Everything in the cabinet is baked in-house fresh each day. The frozen meals are made with quality ingredients and frozen immediately to lock in the flavour. And if you need something unexpected, there's even a 3D printing table to browse while you wait for your coffee.

Kathy bakes every morning. The cabinet changes with the seasons, the mood, and what's good. Here's what you can usually expect:
House-made savouries fresh from the oven, plus a range of gourmet pies from quality suppliers.
A generous spread of slices, cookies, and muesli bars — the sugary kind, the healthy kind, and everything in between.
Kathy keeps a great range of GF choices in the cabinet every day — no afterthought, genuinely good.
Bach Espresso beans on our iconic teal machine. Come for the coffee, stay for everything else.
All made fresh in our kitchen with quality ingredients and immediately frozen to lock in the goodness. A firm favourite with our regulars — many come in weekly to stock up. Perfect when you don't feel like cooking but still want a proper meal.
Many of our older customers come in regularly to stock their freezers — taking the burden of cooking every day off their shoulders, without sacrificing a proper home-cooked meal made with fresh ingredients.
While you wait for your order, have a browse. We keep a small rotating table of 3D printed items — useful, playful, and always changing.
